REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

We reserve the right not to accept return and send it back to you.

  • If the products are used or damaged.
  • Original tags, User manual, Warranty cards, and Accessories are missing.
  • Damaged manufacturer packaging/box. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s Packing/Box.
  • If the product was delivered in a second layer of packing by factory shopping, it must be returned in the same condition.

If your product is defective/damaged or the order is Incorrect/Incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. No claims will be entertained after 24 Hours.

All returns must be postmarked within [24 Hours] days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

What if I have complaints?
